Recording an order/ generating invoice or receipt

Make the sale anywhere, anytime with our Sales Order Form in the app. 

This sales order form app allows you to easily collect all the pertinent details needed to record the sale on your smartphone! You can add and edit the fields to your needs.

Seleting "paid" while recording an order automatically creates a receipt for the order, while selecting "unpaid or partially paid" automatically creates an invoice for the order.

To record an order;

• Log into your Bumpa App Dashboard
• Click on orders

• Click on the + button at the top right corner of the page

• Select customer if it is added on the app and an order date if the order is not being recorded on the day the order is made

• Select the Sales Channel

• Select the product bought or add a new product if not uploaded

• Select payment status (either paid, unpaid, or partially paid)

• Click on record sale to save the order.
