How to Set Discounts With Coupons

With Coupons, you can create discounts for products, a coupon code is generated and only customers with the coupon code will get the discount when the code is applied. If your discount is targeted at a specific group of your customers, coupon is the best option. Kindly follow the steps below to create coupons on the app;

Launch the app
Click on More

Scroll down to Discounts and Coupons and click on it

Select coupon

Click on the + button at the top right to create a coupon

Select between Shopping cart or product(s) to choose how you want the coupon to function

To create a Shopping cart coupon, follow these simple steps

Input coupon code or click on generate code

Input description

Input discount type (percentage or fixed)

Input the discount amount
input maximum discount amount (optional - This means the discount won't exceed this value even if the percentage taken off is more than the maximum discount set here)
Input minimum cart value (optional)
select valid from date and time
select valid to date and time

click on Create coupon code to save

To create a Product coupon, follow these simple steps

Input coupon code or click on generate code
