Our merchant support representatives are available Monday- Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (West African Time). You can also email us at any time. We promise to answer all tickets on the same working day, within minutes if possible.
At weekends we still monitor emails and deal with all tickets that require urgent attention.
