Bumpa Terminal is the new fast and easy payment system for businesses to accept transfers both online and in physical stores. This guide will walk you through the setup and usage of the Bumpa Virtual Terminal to ensure you can efficiently manage transactions and provide a seamless payment experience for your customers.

Account Creation

To start using the Bumpa Virtual Terminal, you need to set up your account.

• Reach out for Activation: Contact [email protected] to receive an activation form. 
• Account Verification: Once your account is verified, you will receive a notification on your WhatsApp with your new virtual terminal account number.
• View Your Bumpa Terminal Dashboard: Visit terminal.getbumpa.com and log in with your registered email.

Notification Setup

• WhatsApp Notification: Ensure you have received the notification on your WhatsApp with your new virtual terminal account number.

Managing WhatsApp Notifications:

• Change Phone Number: You can change the WhatsApp phone number tied to your Virtual Terminal at any time by logging into Bumpa Terminal.
• Multiple Notifications: You can assign multiple WhatsApp numbers to receive alerts from the same Virtual Terminal.

Adding/Removing Staff for Alerts:

• Adding Staff: Log in to terminal.getbumpa.com to add up to five staff to receive transaction alerts.
• Removing Staff: You can remove staff at any time, and they will stop receiving transaction alerts.

How to receive payment using your Bumpa terminal:

• Online: If you are a Bumpa user, your terminal account number will be displayed to your customers during checkout on your website as a direct bank transfer option.
• Physical Store: You can also use your unique account number to accept payment for your walk-in customers and business fairs

Payment Remittance:

• Fund Settlement: Funds paid to your Bumpa terminal account will be settled into your personal bank account within 24 hours.
  

Match Order: 

• Transaction Charge: If you are an existing Bumpa customer, you can match the transaction "transfer" with an order on your Bumpa app easily.

Transaction Charges

• Below ₦1000: ₦50 per transaction.
• Below ₦5000: ₦75 per transaction.
• Above ₦5000: ₦100 per transaction.
