Downloading invoice/receipt and shipping slip

You can download an invoice or shipping slip containing a customer's order details. This document can either be printed or sent to the customer via social media or email.

Invoice is for orders that are unpaid or partially paid while receipt is for paid or completed orders. Shipping slip is the same as an invoice or receipt depending on the status of the order.

To download an invoice or receipt:

• Click on Orders on the dashboard

• Click on the order you want to download the invoice or receipt for 

• Click on Download invoice or receipt (depending on the payment status of the order)

To download a shipping slip

• Click on Orders on the dashboard

• Click on the order you want to download shipping information for

• Click on Download shipping slip

Note: You can also download shipping slips for bulk orders by marking the orders you want to download shipping slips for and clicking on download slips on the taskbar
