Creating Free Shipping

The Free Shipping feature enables you to provide your customers with an added incentive for their purchases by offering free delivery. This feature allows you to set up a free shipping option as a bonus, which can help attract more customers, encourage larger orders, and enhance overall customer satisfaction by reducing the total cost of their purchase. Whether it's for specific products, order amounts, or promotional periods, the Free Shipping feature can be a valuable tool for boosting your sales and customer loyalty.

To create free shipping,

1. Login into your account on the Web App - app.getbumpa.com

2. Click on Store

3. Click on Shipping 

4. Click on Create Free shipping

5. Input the minimum cart amount

6. Input shipping description

7. Click on Save to only save the free shipping, or click on Save and Activate to activate the free shipping

To edit free shipping,

1. Hover over the free shipping icon to see the edit button

2. Click on edit

3. Make the necessary changes and click on save

To deactivate free shipping

1. Toggle the button off

2. Click on Yes
