You can cancel a paid order on your app if you have confirmed that the customer will not be continuing with the purchase or if there is an error with the order.
When a paid order is cancelled, the amount is removed from your total sales. However, the order cannot be deleted. You can only delete an unpaid order
To cancel an order, kindly follow these few simple steps
- Log into the App
- Click on the Orders at the bottom
3. Click on the Order you want to cancel
4. Click on Cancel at the top right
