Canceling an order deducts the amount in the order from your total transactions, and returns the items in the order to the product's stock. You can cancel an unpaid order if the customer confirms that they will not be proceeding with the order.
Note: You will be unable to cancel an order that is marked as completed, paid, and delivered. However, if a paid order still shows as processing, open or unfulfilled you will be able to cancel the order.
To cancel an order, simply follow these steps:
Log in to your Bumpa account at getbumpa.com/login.
On the dashboard's left sidebar, click "Orders."
Select the order you want to cancel
Click on Cancel order
