You can delete unpaid orders from your Bumpa app (if the customer confirms that they will not be continuing with the order), to keep your records clean . This article provides a simple step-by-step guide for that.
- Log in to your App
- Click on Orders
3. Swipe left on the order and click on delete.
4. Click delete on the confirm dialogue
You will be unable to delete a paid order. However, you can cancel the order and the amount will reduce from your total sales. Also, the products in the order will be replaced (the stock quantity of the product will be updated).
