Customizing your website on Bumpa is a great way to create a unique and memorable online presence. A well-designed website can help increase customer engagement, boost conversions, and ultimately lead to the success of your e-commerce business. However, with so many customization options available, it can be challenging to know where to start.

Changing Store theme

As a premium user, your store's appearance is not limited to a fixed design, as its look and feel can be changed based on the theme and colour you choose from the available options and the customizations you make to that theme. By following the steps outlined in this guide, you can easily change the overall look of your store to suit your brand and business goals better.

The maximum size for your banner should be 5MB

To change your theme:

1. Log in to your App
2. Click on More

3. Click on Customize your website

4. Choose between the two available themes (Salescabal or Bumpa new theme) by turning on the grey toggle button to green

    5. To customize the colour, click on Customize Storefront

6. Click on the store theme colour to choose your preferred colour, and click on the grey toggle button. The green colour means it is active on your website.

Adding store banner

1. Log into your Bumpa App Dashboard
2. Click on More
3. Click on Customise your website
4. Click on Customise Storefront
5. Click on the plus button at the centre of the box

    7. Select the image from your phone gallery

    8. Click on save

How to add and edit the newsletter and pop-up notification

1. Launch the app
2. Click on More
3. Click on customise your website
4. Turn on Bumpa's new theme
5. Click on Customise storefront
6. Click on the Newsletter and pop-up notification

    7. Input heading and content and click on save.

Note: To turn off the newsletter on the website, toggle the green button

How to add a custom message on the website

1. Launch the app
2. Click on More
3. Click on customise your website
4. Turn on Bumpa's new theme
5. Click on Customise storefront
6. Click on the Custom message (Top banner)

    7. Input content and click on save

Note: To remove the custom message banner, toggle the green button to turn it off

How to add About Us to the website

1. Launch the app
2. Click on More
3. Click on customise your website
4. Turn on Bumpa's new theme
5. Click on Customise storefront
6. Scroll to the About Us section and click on it

    7. Input content and click on save.

To remove the About Us section, toggle the green button to turn it off

How to add a Return policy to the website

1. Launch the app
2. Click on More
3. Click on customise your website
4. Turn on Bumpa's new theme
5. Click on Customise storefront
6. Scroll to the Return Policy section and click on it

    7. Input content and click on save

To remove the Return Policy section, toggle the green button to turn it off

How to change product listing on the website

1. Launch the app
2. Click on More
3. Click on customise your website
4. Turn on Bumpa's new theme
5. Click on Customise storefront
6. Scroll to the Product listing and click on it

    7. Select your preferred Product Listing category you want your products to be displayed and click on save
