a. How to check if payment was successful
- Click on that particular order
- Scroll down to check payment status, if it shows paid - then it is paid.
b. How to check remittance status
- Click on more
- Click on transactions
- Check pending remittance ( this includes successful payment that Bumpa is yet to send to your account)
- Remitted balance shows money that has been sent to your account
