Creating Delivery Fee

Bumpa provides an option to configure fixed delivery fees based on location, simplifying the delivery calculation process on all customer orders during checkout.

PART A: Adding a Shipping Option

• Log into your App  
• Click on More at the bottom left screen 

• Click on Shipping 

• Click on the + icon at the top right corner of the  page
• Add the location name eg: Lekki, Lagos, USA, PickUp at Store.
• Add the delivery fee for that specific location eg: 5000, 20,000, 0 (for PickUp).

• Add a description. In your description, you can add how long it will take for delivery to happen and add any other relevant information.

• Toggle the Visible on the web checkout button to make it visible on the website (green colour means visible)

• Click Save

PART B: Examples of Delivery Description

• Delivery takes 2 - 4 working days,

• Pickup is between 10 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday. Address is No 16, Lagos Street. Please call 08100000 before coming for pickup.

• Orders above 2kg will attract an extra delivery fee.
