Automated shipping enables you to process deliveries more efficiently, with fewer errors, and provides your customers with a smoother experience.
This guide covers the detailed steps to configure automated shipping on your website, including selecting shipping locations, setting up pick-up locations, choosing product types, selecting logistics partners, and saving changes effectively.

To set up automated shipping, simply follow these steps:
- Go to app.getbumpa.com
- Click "Dashboard"
- Click "Store Drop-down
- Click "Shipping"
- Click "Shipping Settings"
- Click "Automated Shipping”
- Toggle on the "Automated shipping" button
- Click "Okay" to confirm your selection.
- Click "Choose Location for Automated Shipping”.
This allows you to select specific locations you deliver to, the distance or worldwide shipping.
- Toggle all locations worldwide if you deliver worldwide
- Click the dropdown arrow and "Choose specific delivery locations"
- Toggle the button to ship based on distance from your location
- Input the distance from your location in hours
- Select your specific delivery locations on the map. This shows the geographical area you cover
- Click to "Open Map"
- Expand or reduce the map to specify the areas you cover, and click "Save Zones"
- Toggle to "Select the specific regions or countries you deliver to
- Click "to Select country(s) or region(s)"
- Select your preferred countries and/or states within the countries
- Click "Save"
- Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step
- Click "Dispatch Pick-up Location"
- You can choose your existing location as your dispatch pick-up location.
- Or edit the location and click on "Save"
- Input your delivery package weight: (e.g 2. You can do this for each product while creating them, or use this as a fallback weight for all your products.
Next Steps
- Toggle on Shipbubble to connect your existing Shipbubble account to Bumpa
- Select the category of items you will be shipping using Shipbubble
- Click to select the size of your delivery packages
- Choose your preferred package type (e.g Small Box)
- Click "Save"
- Choose "Logistics Partner"
- Select "Local"
- Or "International"
- Under International, toggle the button to "Select all international partners"
- You can also choose to select your preferred partners
- Under Local, you can toggle to use "All local partners"
- Or select your preferred partners
- Click "Save changes" to save the selected partners
- Click "Save Changes" to save the Shipbubble settings
- Click "Save" to save all automated shipping settings
Important Notes
- Bumpa is not responsible for deliveries.
Once payment is confirmed, shipping fees go to Shipbubble, which handles dispatch via the selected logistics partner.
