Unable to Find My Uploaded Products on the App

If you are unable to find your products on the app after uploading them, you may have applied a search filter on the product page. This means that the products are still on the app, but they may not be visible because they do not meet the specific parameters of the search filter.

What is a Search Filter?

A search filter is a tool that allows you to narrow down your search to specific parameters. 

For example, you may want to see only published products, products currently in stock, products with a minimum stock level, or products that belong to a certain collection. 

These are all specific search parameters that can be set using a search filter. You can try adjusting the search filter parameters to find your missing products on the app. 

How do I locate the Search Filter?

  1. On the app, click on products.

2.  Click on the filter (funnel-like) icon at the top right.

3. Add or select a search parameter (i.e. status -published, the number in stock, minimum stock or products in a certain collection) 

4. Click on Apply to see only products with that search parameter.

You can notice that the filter icon now has a number in a red circle showing the number of filters applied and the products that match.

Sometimes, you may have applied a search parameter that doesn't match any of your products, resulting in not seeing any products at all. To remove this;

  1. Click on the filter icon.

2. Then Click on clear to remove the filters applied.

   3. You should see all your products now.
