How customers can leave reviews on the website

As a business owner, you can encourage customer feedback on your product using your Bumpa website. Reviews are a very effective way of attracting new customers. When a customer gives your product a review, it boosts the confidence of prospective customers and encourages them to patronize you.


For a customer to leave a review, they have to be logged in and then select the product that was purchased earlier. There are two ways of leaving a review on your website;


Method One - Through the customer Profile

These are the steps;

  • After a successful purchase, the customer should click on their profile icon on the website and click on "my account"



  • Click pending Reviews - This lists all the products a customer has purchased from your website



  • Then the customer can easily click on "rate this product"



  • Then fill out the review and click the button to submit




Method Two - Directly on the Product Details

  • After a successful purchase and the customer is logged in, they can search for the product they bought and select it


  • Click on Write a Review to leave a review.


  • Write the review and give a rating

  1. Click on Submit to save.


If you are on the free plan, your store theme is likely to be different from the images above.


Here are a few simple steps for a customer to leave a review on a product on your website on the Salescabal theme

  • Visit the website
    They have to visit your store using your website link or store url. For instance,  royalty.bumpa.shop
  • Select the product
    They have to select the product they purchased.

  • Click on Write a Review to leave a review.


  • Write the review, give a rating and click on save.

That's it on how customers can leave a review on your website.
