Bumpa Terminal is an easy payment system for businesses that want to accept transfers through their website and physical stores. It is an easy, fast, and affordable way for businesses like yours to accept online payments. 

This article contains a breakdown of how the terminal works and how to match a terminal transaction to an order on the Web App.

Here's a breakdown of how it works:

•⁠  ⁠Bumpa Terminal: is a virtual unique account number for your business.

•⁠  ⁠Display at Checkout: This virtual account number is shown to your customers during checkout on your website as a direct bank transfer option.

•⁠  ⁠Physical Store: You can also use your unique account number to accept payment for your walk-in customers and business fairs

•⁠  ⁠Customer Transfers Money: Your customers can then easily transfer money to your account using this number.

•⁠  ⁠Transaction Alerts: Once the customer makes a transfer, you'll receive an alert via WhatsApp eliminating fake alerts and fraud.

•⁠  ⁠Staff Alerts (Optional): You can also add up to four staff members to receive transaction alerts for your Bumpa Terminal account.

•⁠  ⁠Flat Fee: Bumpa charges a flat fee of N100 Naira per transaction.

•⁠  ⁠Match Order: You can also match the transaction "transfer" with an order on your Bumpa app easily.

How to Match Terminal Transactions to Orders

Transfers made to your terminal account are recorded as independent transactions on your Bumpa account and the payment status for their orders is recorded as pending. This allows you to match a transaction to its pending order to keep everything in sync.

Below are the steps:

• On the dashboard's left sidebar, click "Transactions."

• Click on a Transaction to match an order

• Click on the Match order

• Select an order to match

• Confirm to match

• The order is matched successfully
