Accessing your Bumpa Terminal Account on the Webapp

This guide will walk you through the usage of the Bumpa Terminal on the Web app to ensure you can efficiently manage transactions and provide a seamless payment experience for your customers.

Accessing the Terminal on your Webapp

• Log in to your Bumpa account at getbumpa.com/login.

• On the dashboard's left sidebar, click on Payment Method

• Click Offline

• Click Bumpa Terminal

• You can click on  Click to copy your account details to copy your terminal account details
• You can click View transaction charges to see a breakdown of the transaction charges

Adding a Number

• Click Manage Whatsapp Number

• You are able to see the list of numbers added then click on Add Whatsapp Number 

• Input the phone number after the country code (this also accepts Int'l numbers) 
• Click on Save

Removing a Number

• Click Manage Whatsapp Number

• You can see the list of numbers then click on Remove to remove a number 

How To View Terminal Transactions

• Click on View Transactions and you can see all your Terminal transactions

How to download your Terminal Poster

• Click on Download Terminal Poster
