How To Accept a Staff Invitation

When you create a staff account, an email will be sent to the staff email address provided to accept the invitation. The staff member will need to: 

  • Download the Bumpa app

  • Accept the invitation by clicking on the Join (store name) green button



    


  • The staff will be redirected to the Bumpa app to create a password




    

  • Login to the Bumpa app with the registered email and password


Note: A Staff invitation lasts for only 7 days from the time of the invitation. Notice that the staff dashboard is different from the admin, showing that they do not have maximum access.
