Upgrading your subscription plan on Bumpa allows you to unlock more features and enjoy additional benefits.
Our flexible upgrade options let you switch to a different plan at any time, without waiting for your current subscription to expire. For example, you can move from a quarterly plan to a biannual or yearly plan, or upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
With recent updates, upgrading requires full payment for the new plan. However, you retain the value of your current subscription through proration. We calculate the unit cost of your current plan and the remaining time left on your subscription to determine how many additional days are added to your new plan.
This ensures you get full value from your existing subscription while smoothly transitioning to your upgraded plan.
This guide will walk you through the simple steps to upgrade your plan seamlessly.
- Log in to your Bumpa account at app.getbumpa.com/login

- On the dashboard's left sidebar, click on More

- Click on Store Setup

- Click on Subscription

- Click on Subscription Actions

You can choose to Change your Billing Cycle or Upgrade to a plan.Understanding the difference
- Changing the billing cycle means switching the duration of the same plan. For example, moving from a 3-month Pro plan to a 6-month or 1-year Pro plan.
- Upgrading your plan means moving to a higher-tier plan with more features and benefits, such as switching from the Starter plan to the Pro plan or Growth plan.
Next Steps
- Click on “Change billing cycle” to change your billing cycle.

- Select your billing cycle and click on continue

If you choose to upgrade your plan, you can click on Compare Plans to see the benefits of each plan

- Choose the plan you want to upgrade to and click on continue

- Click “Pay” to pay the full amount for your new plan

- You will be redirected to the payment modal to make the payment.

There, you have successfully upgraded your subscription!!
