Subscriptions paid using your debit card are set to automatically renew upon expiration, provided the subscription has not been canceled. If you subscribed via transfer, you will receive an email reminder 3 days before your subscription expires, as well as on the expiration date.
If your subscription is not renewed, your account will enter a 3-day grace period. During this time, you will see notifications on your home page and subscription page indicating that your subscription has expired and is currently in the grace period.
Please note that the grace period begins immediately after your subscription expires. If you renew your subscription within this period, your next charge date will remain unchanged.
If a subscription renewal cannot be processed (for example, due to insufficient funds), we will attempt to charge your card daily during the grace period. For transfer subscriptions, you will receive a daily email reminder prompting you to complete your payment.
If no renewal is made within the grace period, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan, and you will lose access to all premium features. Below are some changes to expect when your account reverts to the Free plan:
You lose all premium benefits
Your website link goes back to .bumpa.shop instead of the custom domain name (if you had one)
No staff account access (for Pro and Growth subscribers) etc
To renew your subscription, simply
Log in to your Bumpa account at app.getbumpa.com
On the dashboard's left sidebar, click on Store
Click on Subscription
Click on Renew subscription
Click on pay
Select your preferred payment method and make the payment
