Usually, subscriptions paid with your debit card automatically renew when it expires, if the subscription is not canceled. If you subscribed via transfer, you will receive an email 3 days before the subscription expires and when the subscription expires.
If the subscription isn’t renewed, your account will be on a grace period for 3 days. It shows on your home page and subscription page that your subscription has expired and they are on a grace period.
Please note, that the grace period starts after the subscription has expired. And if you subscribe within this period, your next charge date remains the same.
If a subscription cannot be renewed (maybe due to insufficient funds), during this grace period, an attempt is made to charge your card every day, and if it's a transfer you receive an email per day informing you to pay for your subscription.
If no renewal is done within the grace period, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan and you would lose all the premium benefits. Below are some changes you should expect when your plan reverts to the new plan;
You lose all premium benefits
Your website link goes back to .bumpa.shop instead of the custom domain name (if you had one)
Products that show on your website will be limited to 25
No staff account access
Meta (IG DM) is disconnected.
To renew your subscription, simply
Log in to your Bumpa account at app.getbumpa.com
On the dashboard's left sidebar, click on Store
Click on Subscription
Click on renew subscription
Select your preferred plan
Click on continue
Click on pay
Selct your preferred payment method and make payment
