What is Minimum and Maximum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is the smallest number of items a customer must buy in a single order. Maximum Order Quantity (MaxOQ) is the largest number of items customers can buy in a single order.

By setting MOQ and MaxOQ values for your products, you can:

  • Encourage bulk purchases by offering incentives for larger orders

  • Manage inventory levels effectively

  • Serve both retail and wholesale customers

Follow these steps to set up and manage your MOQ and MaxOQ settings easily.

  • Visit: app.getbump.com

  • Log in to your Bumpa account

  • Navigate to the “Products” page

  • Click on the product you want to edit or select.

Note: For new product upload, click “Add New Product”

  • Click “Edit Product” on the left side

  • Next, scroll down to toggle on the “MOQ feature”

  • Enter the “Minmum (Min)” number of units a customer must purchase.

  • OR “Maximum (Max)” number of units a customer must purchase.

  • You can also toggle on the “Add in Bulk” to bulk add you preferred Mini and Max order quantities.

  • Next, you can “enter the number” of  the Min or Max order quantity

  • The “Mini or Max order quantity number” will be displayed

  • Save Your Settings:

  • After entering the desired MOQ and MaxOQ, scroll to the bottom of the page.

  • Click “Save changes” to apply the settings.

And that’s it!
