Bumpa's Pick-up and delivery feature enables you to set up options such as delivery timelines, processing days, and customer pick-up locations. This will not only streamline your shipping processes, saving you valuable time and effort, but also enhance the overall customer experience by offering flexible and convenient order fulfillment choices, ultimately leading to greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To set up pick-up and delivery options, kindly follow these steps

Go to app.getbumpa.com

Introduction

Click "Dashboard"

Click 'Dashboard'

Click "Store Drop down"

Click 'Shipping Settings'

Click "Delivery and Pickup"

Click 'Delivery and Pickup'

Toggle on to set delivery timelines

Select your preferred delivery timeline

Select the specific days of the week

Toggle the button to add time for the delivery window. This is the timeframe customers can select to receive their items

If you do not offer same day delivery, Click on “No Same Day delivery”. This will remove the date the customer places the order from the calendar so they can only select any other day after

If you offer only same day delivery, Click “Only Same day delivery” if you only deliver on the same day. Customers will only be able to select the date they place the order as delivery date

Toggle on to set "Customer Pick-up Location"

Click "Add" to input a new location or you can select from existing locations

Fill in all necessary information, including the opening and closing hours of the pickup location

Finally, click "Save" to save your pick-up and delivery settings
