Tracking shipment for orders with automated shipping option

With the automated shipping feature on Bumpa, both you and your customers can easily track shipment for orders. This feature helps you and customers stay updated on the delivery status of orders.

Follow these simple steps to navigate through the tracking process and confirm delivery statuses effortlessly.


  • Log in to your Bumpa account at getbumpa.com/login

  • Click the Menu Icon

Click the Menu Icon

  • Click "Orders"

Click 'Orders'

  • Select the particular order you want to track

Select the particular order

  • Click "Track Shipment" to view the details of the shipment

Click 'Track Shipment'. You can view the details of the shipment

Click 'Okay'

  • Click the copy icon if you want to copy the tracking Number

Click the copy icon if you want to copy the tracking Number



For Customers

  • Visit the store website
  • Scroll down and click on Track Shipment 


  • Input the tracking number and click on Track 


Customers will receive the tracking number along with their order confirmation email and will also receive updates throughout the delivery process from the logistics company.
