Report a Merchant

Created by Bumpa Support, Modified on Tue, 9 Jun at 4:43 PM by Bumpa Support

Bumpa aims to provide a safe and seamless experience where merchants can run their businesses confidently, and customers can shop with ease and security.

To support this, a simple reporting feature is available directly on the platform. This allows users to raise concerns quickly when issues arise, including scams, suspicious activity, or policy violations, so they can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Every report is carefully reviewed and helps improve platform safety, protect legitimate businesses, and enhance overall customer experience.

Important Note

Please ensure all reports are accurate and submitted responsibly. Customers are encouraged to first contact the merchant directly to resolve any order-related issues.

If you are unable to reach the merchant through available channels and strongly suspect fraudulent activity, you may submit a report as a last resort.

In most cases, order-related issues are best resolved directly with the merchant before escalation.

What you can report

Issue with an order

Report unwanted messages, phishing links, malware, or suspicious promotions sent by merchants.
Example: A store sends fake discount links requesting your card details.

Example: A merchant copies your product images or descriptions without consent.

Trademark infringement
Report misuse of your brand name, logo, or identity.
Example: A store uses your brand name to sell unrelated products.

Illegal activities
Report content or activity that appears illegal in the merchant’s operating region.
