Adding a product on Bumpa is super simple! We've designed the app to be user-friendly and make uploading your products a breeze. Whether you're new to e-commerce or have some experience, Bumpa makes it easy to showcase your items to potential customers.

On Mobile:
- Log in to the app
- Tap on the Product Icon to see the product details on the page.
- Click on the + button at the top right corner.
- Add a product image picture, name, and price.
Quick Tip# If you encounter an error when trying to add a product image, kindly ensure that the bumpa app has access to photos on your device settings.
- Add a cost and discount price (These are optional, the cost price immediately shows your profit for that product.
- Add a description, Stock quantity, and a product collection (How to add Collections ).
- Click Product Options to add different variations of your products e.g. sizes and colours which your customers can chose when placing orders.
- Provide the option name and values - The option name in this example is "colour" and the product values are the different colours of the products
- Please note that you can only have two product options, click on Add another option for another option.
- Click on Continue to edit these variations
- Click on edit to provide the quantity for the variations
- Click on Save Product variations
- Then click on save produc
Quick Tip# If the product stock quantity shows 0 after saving, please ensure that the product options (different variations of your products like size, color, weight etc.) are correctly set, kindly follow the step by step article below on product variations
On the Web
- Login at getbumpa.com/login
- If you are on your phone, click on the menu icon at the top right
- Click on products
- Click on New Product
- Provide the required product details and include a detailed product description.
- Click save after providing all the product details.
Quick Tip# If you have added products on your app but cannot find them anymore, it may be that you have the product filter turned on and filtering by conditions you do not have. Kindly follow the article on "using filters correctly" below under the related articles.
