Setting Up Direct Bank Transfer

We understand that having a seamless and easy payment transaction method is vital to your business. 


To ensure a convenient experience, the Bumpa platform provides Premium Users with the Direct Bank Transfer feature. This feature allows your customers to make payments directly to your bank accounts for easy confirmation. 

If you already have your bank details on your website and you are looking to change it, click here



To include your bank account details on your website at the sale checkout page, kindly turn on the bank transfer feature on your App by following the easy steps below


Adding your Bank Account Details:

  • Launch the app
  • Click more at the bottom right corner of the dashboard. 


  • Select Payment Methods 


  • Click Offline


  • Click Bank Transfer to toggle it on 




And voila! Customers can now pay directly to your account, fast and easily. For merchants with Bumpa Terminal accounts, your Bumpa Terminal account displays for direct bank transfer.

NB: Only Merchants on the Bumpa premium plan can collect payment directly from a direct bank transfer option.
