How To Renew Your Subscription

Renewing your subscription on Bumpa is super important if you want to keep enjoying all the awesome features without any interruptions. Don't worry; this guide is here to help you out with all the need-to-know info about our subscription renewal process, the grace period, potential account downgrading, and the changes you might experience if you forget to renew on time.

Automatic Renewal 

We've got your back! Bumpa takes care of renewing your subscription for you. Once your subscription period comes to an end, we automatically charge your card to ensure uninterrupted access to all the awesome features you love. No need to remember to renew manually or go through any complex process.

Sufficient Card Funding: To avoid any interruptions in service, it's important to make sure that your card has sufficient funds. We know it's easy to overlook this detail sometimes, so we kindly ask you to take a moment before the renewal date to double-check your card details. Ensure that your card is current and that you have enough funds to cover the subscription cost. This way, you can keep enjoying Bumpa without any surprises.

Grace Period:

If your subscription is not automatically renewed due to insufficient funds or card expiration, your account enters a grace period of 3 days. During this period, your home page and subscription page will clearly indicate that your subscription has expired and you are on a grace period. This allows you to easily track the status of your subscription and take immediate action.

NOTE: Grace period starts after the subscription has expired. If you subscribe within this period, your next charge date remains the same (the day it expired) 

Subscription Renewal Attempts:

During the grace period, we make daily attempts to charge your card if it's a card-based subscription. In the case of a transfer-based subscription, you will receive an email each day reminding you to renew. These reminders ensure you have multiple opportunities to renew your subscription and maintain uninterrupted access to our premium features and benefits.

Account Downgrading:

If your subscription is not renewed within the grace period, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan. This transition to the Free plan entails certain changes and limitations. Please take note of the following changes:

  1. You lose all premium benefits

  2. Your website link goes back to instead of the custom domain name (if you had one)

  3. Products that show on your website will be limited to only 25

  4. No staff account access

  5. Meta (IG DM) is disconnected.

NOTE: It's important to understand that you cannot manually renew a card subscription. The renewal process is automated and occurs when your account is funded. We highly recommend renewing your subscription before the grace period expires to avoid any service interruptions and continue enjoying the full range of premium benefits.
