How to Add & Remove Staff WhatsApp Numbers

Want your staff to receive instant transaction notifications? Bumpa lets you add up to four staff WhatsApp numbers to your Terminal account. This way, everyone stays informed with each sale!

Adding a Staff Number:

• Login to you Terminal Account
• Click the menu icon in your Bumpa app.

• Click on manage "WhatsApp Number"

• You can see the list of numbers, then click on add number

• Provide the "Phone Number" after the country code (this also accepts Int'l numbers)
• Click on "Save" as shown below

How to Remove a WhatsApp Number

• Click the "Menu Bar"

• Click on "Manage WhatsApp Numbers"

• You will see a list of Whatsapp Numbers on your account, click "Remove" on your preferred number.

• Confirm the process to "Proceed"
