The Bumpa Wallet is designed to streamline transaction settlements and offer opportunities for earning interest on settlements.
Funds from successful online and Bumpa terminal transactions are credited to your wallet, with clear visibility of pending and available balances.
This guide will walk you through the steps to How to create a Bumpa Wallet using the Bumpa Mobile App from setting up, to managing, and maximizing the benefits of your Bumpa Wallet.
To create your Bumpa wallet, kindly follow these simple steps
- Click on More

- Click on "Bumpa Wallet"

- You can check the box to turn Interests Off or On


- Click "Activate Wallet". You will receive a confirmation email for your wallet creation

- Input your PIN and Click "Create PIN"

- Click "Confirm PIN"

- Click "Continue"

Hurray!! You have successfully created your Bumpa Wallet

Once your Wallet is set up, you’ll start receiving settlements in your wallet immediately. Earlier transactions will be remitted to your bank account
Receiving Interests with your Bumpa wallet
You can earn up to 8% interest per annum on your Bumpa wallet if you save money without withdrawing from your wallet more than 4 times a month.
- Navigate to Settings

- Click on Interest

- Toggle on the button to start earning interest

If you withdraw more than 4 times in a month, you will automatically lose your accumulated interests.Withdrawing from your Bumpa Wallet
You can withdraw funds from your Bumpa wallet at any time. A transaction fee of ₦50 applies to each withdrawal. Also, a stamp duty tax is charged on withdrawals of ₦10,000 and above.
Additional Settings
- Navigate to “Settings" to see more setting for your Bumpa Wallet

- You can click to "Change PIN"

- You can "Reset PIN". This will redirect you to contact Bumpa Support


- You can view your "Interests"

- You can view your "Transaction Limits."


- You can edit your "Bank Account Details" for receiving settlements. This will redirect you to the bank details page

- You can generate a statement of account, which will be sent to your registered email address.


- You can get instant settlement if the criteria are met.
