Logging in to the Bumpa app is a simple process that requires just a few steps. We'll walk you through the process to enable you to easily access all of the features and functionality that Bumpa offers.

Mobile App

To access your store dashboard on your mobile app: 

• Provide your registered email address on the App

• Input your correct password

• Click Sign in

Important

If you get an error that says credentials don't match, it means either your password or email is incorrect. Kindly confirm that you are using the correct email and you created the account with

Forgot your password? Click on the forgot password button to change your password.

Web

To access your store dashboard on the web: 

• Visit getbumpa.com/login 
• Provide your registered email and password

• Click Access Store

Note: If you’ve followed the steps above but still can’t sign in, kindly reach us via the Get Support button in the app.
