Signing up on Bumpa

Signing up for an account is the first step to getting started on Bumpa to grow and manage your business.

  • Step 1: Go to the iOS store or Google Play

The first step to signing up for Bumpa is to go to either the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device. You can open the respective app on your phone or tablet.

  • Step 2: Search for "Bumpa" and Install the App

Once you've accessed the App Store or Google Play, use the search function to find the Bumpa app. When you locate it, click on the "Install" button to download and install the app on your device. Wait for the installation process to complete.

  • Step 3: Click Sign Up and Provide Required Details

After installing the Bumpa app on your device, click on the app icon to open it. When it opens, click the "Sign Up" button to create your account. 


If you are using a laptop or desktop, you can sign up on and access the Bumpa Web App using the link - app.getbumpa.com



Signing up gives you free access to the paid features of the Bumpa app for 14 days. These features allow you to customize your website, add staff accounts, and edit your store URL.

At the end of the free trial,  you are returned to the free plan if no subscription is done


If you get "the email has already been taken" error, it means that the email is already linked to a bumpa store, kindly proceed to log in or reset password if you do not remember the password. 


After successful signup, there is a dashboard walk-through that explains what happens on the dashboard example, the weekly analytics, and where to find orders.,


During signup, you are prompted to select the 3 most important things you want to use Bumpa for. This allows you to target your priorities right from the start;

After this, you are prompted to provide a little information about your business to get an overview of your business needs.



Next, select a subscription plan that is suitable for your business (A recommendation is made based on the earlier information provided about your business. Once selected a website is created for you.



Next Steps:

To launch your website you must complete the onboarding steps

Once the onboarding steps are completed, your website is ready

The Onboarding steps prompt you to;

  1. Add bank details to receive payments

  2. Complete store information

  3. Add shipping prices on your website

  4. Add products to your store

  5. Dashboard walkthrough


This signup process allows you to;

  • Onboard with an understanding of what to expect

  • onboard targeting what your priority is.

  • Gives you a better understanding of what the app entails and the next actions.
