To update your password on your Bumpa mobile app:
- Log in to the Bumpa mobile app
- Click on the Forgot password button displayed on the login screen
- Enter your Bumpa registered email
- Click send Reset link button
- You’ll receive a Reset Password email in your inbox with instructions on resetting your password.
If you get a prompt to enter a valid email address, this mean that this means that the email address you filled is incorrect.
Kindly check your email app for the email address you receive updates from Bumpa on or try a different email address.
NB: If you click the reset password button and are directed to the website, it's because you are logged in. Kindly log out and click on the reset link again.
- You should be directed to a reset password page, kindly provide your details and click on reset.

- Visit getbumpa.com/login
- Click on the forgot password button.
- Enter your Bumpa registered email and click on send password reset link
If you try to reset your password and you get a prompt saying that "We can't find a user with that e-mail address", this means that the email address you filled is incorrect.
Kindly check your email app for the email address you receive updates from Bumpa on or try a different email address.

- You should be directed to a reset password page, kindly provide your details and click on reset.
There... You have successfully reset your password, you can now login using the new password!!
