Signing up for an account is the first step to getting started on Bumpa to grow and manage your business.

The first step to signing up for Bumpa is to go to either the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device. You can do this by opening the respective app on your phone or tablet.

  • Step 2: Search for "Bumpa" and Install the App

Once you've accessed the App Store or Google Play, use the search function to find the Bumpa app. When you locate it, click on the "Install" button to download and install the app on your device. Wait for the installation process to complete.

  • Step 3: Click Sign Up and Provide Required Details

After installing the Bumpa app on your device, click on the app icon to open it. When it opens, click the "Sign Up" button to create your account. 


Signing up gives you free access to the paid features of the Bumpa app for 14 days, where you can customize your website, add staff accounts, and edit your store URL.

At the end of the free trial,  you are returned to the free plan if no subscription is done.

If you get "the email has already been taken" error, it means that the email is already linked to a bumpa store, kindly proceed to log in or reset password if you do not remember the password. 

After successful signup, there is a dashboard walk-through that explains what happens on the dashboard example, the weekly analytics and where to find orders.,


During signup, you are prompted to select your first action which is between moving your business online or managing orders and sales  this allows you to target your priorities right from the start;


Selecting  the “move business online and run sales” track are onboarded by the following: 

  1. Add your first product and share it

  1. Prompt to customize your store

  1. After the first online sale, you are prompted to run sales and directed to the discount and coupon section where you can create your first discount or coupon.


Selecting the “ Manage and track sales” tracks prompts you to;

  1. Add your first products

  2. Create your first offline order and share it

  3. Dashboard walkthrough

  4. Customize your store 

  5. IG DM integration 

This signup process allows you to;

  • Onboard with an understanding of what to expect

  • onboard targeting what your priority is.

  • Gives you a  better understanding of what the app entails and the next actions.


That's it for the first three steps of signing up for a Bumpa account! Once you provide the required details, you'll be able to start using Bumpa to grow and manage your business.
