Multi-location on Mobile App

With the multi-location feature, you can list and manage multiple physical store locations within the app. This feature enables you to efficiently handle various aspects of your business, from inventory management to analytics, for each specific location. It's a powerful tool for businesses with a presence in different areas, it provides the flexibility and insights needed to optimize operations and cater to diverse customer bases.

This guide provides you with a step-by-step guide on how to utilize the multi-location feature on the Mobile App

The multi-location feature is only availalbe to Growth plan subscribers.

To create locations, kindly visit the Web App - app.getbumpa.com

You can select a location or more when creating a new product. You can also switch locations on the Homepage or More page and subsequent actions on your Bumpa app will be centred on that location.  

Switching Locations

To switch between locations on your mobile app, kindly follow these simple steps

1. On the Homepage, Click on the Location drop-down 

    2. Select the location you want to switch to

2. Click on the Location drop-down

3. Select the location you want to switch to 

Adding Products to a location(s)

This allows you to easily upload products across locations, without needing to upload products under each location. You select one or more locations to add the product.

The current location your app is set to is already selected by default

To add a location to a new product, simply follow these steps

• Tap on the Product Icon

• Click on the + button at the top right corner.  

• Add a product image picture, name,  and price.

Quick Tip# If you encounter an error when trying to add a product image, kindly ensure that the bumpa app has access to photos on your device settings. 

• Add a cost and discount price (These are optional, the cost price immediately shows your profit for that product. 
• Add a description, Stock quantity, and a product collection (How to add Collections ).
• Click on Product location 

• Select a store location (you can select more than one location) and click on continue

• Click Product Options to add different variations of your products e.g. sizes and colours which your customers can choose when placing orders.

• 

  Provide the option name and values -  The option name in this example is "colour" and the product values are the different colours of the products

  • Please note that you can only have two product options, click on Add another option for another option.

• Click on Continue to edit these variations

• Click on edit to provide the quantity for the variations

• Click on Save Product variations

• Then click on Save product
  

Editing locations for already uploaded products

• Click on Products

• Click on the product you want to edit

• Click on edit at the top right corner

• Or simply click on the 3 dots by the side of the product on the product page

• Then click on edit

• Click on Product Location

• Make the necessary change and click on continue

• Click on Save product
